I am back blogging. I am back in Canada 2 weeks ago and have started my recovery process. Daily I go walking, well its not possible in snow, but I use treadmill daily for 30-40 minutes. Not at super speed but at normal speed, well it has improved my walking, so much so that it is noticeable. Addition to that I do physio with theraband and all. Well, full recovry is going to take time, but the onus is on me. If I have to recover, I have to work hard, and yes I am typing using both hands.
