Sorry about writing after long. Things have been improving for me. Well my thera-band exercise are going well. Plus my balancing ball plus tread mill. My balance has improved considerably during my physio I can now stand on one leg, although for not long, about 5 sec, well better than 0 :),
We;; enough of rest, have to hit tread mill.
